Embrace seasons of waiting or 'sit-downs' as God's intentional setup for spiritual preparation rather than viewing them as wasted time.
Run toward God's throne of grace when you mess up rather than hiding in shame or trying to perform your way back into His favor.
Refuse to waste emotional energy arguing with critics who are committed to maintaining a negative perception of you.
Focus on your own spiritual detox process and 'mind your business' instead of constantly trying to diagnose the flaws of others.
Audit your habits and beliefs for spiritual syncretism, rejecting practices (like reliance on horoscopes) that undermine the sufficiency of Christ.

True spiritual growth requires an intentional detox from subtle religious errors—such as legalism, narcissism, and syncretism—so that we can walk in genuine deliverance and grow into Christlikeness.
