Distinguish between listening to worship music for reflection and actively engaging your heart in personal praise to God.
Bring your most stubborn cycles and habits to the altar of God's presence, asking for supernatural assistance instead of relying on human effort.
Practice the 'power of the pause' when life seems stagnant, trusting that God may be positioning you for a divine encounter.
Respond in worship to the revelation God has given you about His character, declaring who He is over your circumstances.
Be willing to surrender old sources of comfort (your 'water pot') when you realize that Jesus offers superior satisfaction.

Remember This

Real alteration in your life only happens at the altar of God's manifest presence through personal, daily worship.

A Challenge for You

Make space for the altar in your daily life, ensuring you are not so occupied with what you get from God that you fail to carry His presence every day.
