1.If you don't know where you are going, you won't know when you are actually getting there in your spiritual transformation.

Refrain from equating basic human needs (like hunger, fatigue, or grief) with sin, and focus on repenting from fleshly distortions instead.
Set pre-determined biblical principles during seasons of strength to guard against passion-driven decisions in times of temptation.
Evaluate your weekly schedule and transition from living at a pace dictated by demand to one guided by spiritual discernment.
Identify areas where you are attempting to carry 'God weight'—such as trying to solve everything for everyone—and surrender those burdens back to God.
Reflect regularly on your justification in Christ, celebrating that your record of sin has been expunged by His blood.
Rely daily on the Holy Spirit as your helper rather than striving to overcome fleshly habits through raw willpower alone.
Protect regular times of solitary prayer and rest, learning to say no to non-essential demands just as Jesus did.

Remember This

Spiritual growth is not about escaping your humanity or merely managing sin, but becoming a fully redeemed, godly human in Christ through His person, principles, pace, and power.
