1.Many believers project that everything is fine on the outside while inwardly struggling with depression, ongoing anxiety, and burnout.
2.Myth #1: The idea that Christians should not struggle with mental health if they have enough faith is unbiblical.
3.Nearly every major biblical hero—including Abraham, Moses, David, Elijah, Jeremiah, Peter, Paul, and even Jesus in Gethsemane—experienced profound emotional anguish, fear, or dread.
4.The 'weeds' in our mental garden stem from four distinct roots: situational circumstances, biological factors, medical imbalances, and spiritual struggles or unconfessed sin.
5.Ignoring unconfessed sin causes spiritual rot, while bringing it to light brings mental relief and freedom.
6.Myth #2: God is not just focused on saving our souls for heaven; He cares deeply about making our entire spirit, soul, and body whole.
7.Jesus came to repair the brokenhearted, free captives from dark mental prisons, and give us a garment of praise instead of despair.
8.Satan's goal is to make you feel completely hopeless so that you destroy your life, but Jesus came so you may experience full and abundant life right now.
9.Even when you feel broken by life's pain, God's grace can still bring forth meaningful spiritual fruit.
10.A vital daily practice for mental health is actively speaking God's biblical truth over your life rather than relying on temporary cultural positivity.
