Conduct a audit of your media intake, social media feeds, and entertainment to remove spiritual pollution.
Memorize one key scripture verse this week and meditate on its meaning throughout your day.
Choose to worship intentionally whenever you feel overwhelmed, shifting your focus from the problem to God's authority.
Practice child-like trust by surrendering past hurts and burdens directly to God in prayer.

Remember This

True life transformation requires a sober, renewed mind surrendered to the Holy Spirit so that lies and overthinking do not distort your spiritual discernment.

Father, change and renew our minds... Let us meditate on your word day and night. Let your word go so deep that it hits our subconscious and unconscious mind... Renew our minds and give us the heart to partner with you as the Holy Spirit renews us.
