Ask yourself how you can provide peace, wisdom, and grace to your family or coworkers this week.
Evaluate whether your leadership style is empowering those around you or exploiting them for convenience.
Begin interceding daily in prayer for your spouse, children, or friends to protect them spiritually.
Set aside quiet time each day to listen to the Holy Spirit and protect your own spiritual health.

Remember This

Leadership is about using your influence to be present with, provide for, and protect others through sacrificial love, just as Jesus the Good Shepherd did.

Ask yourself today: 'Who is leading me?' Make Jesus Christ the leader and Lord of your life, choosing to follow Him every single day.
