Amplify your prayer life during seasons of grief, transition, or change to protect your mind from lies.
Audit the content you consume daily (music, shows, social media) to eliminate negative or harmful seeds.
Stop dwelling on past rejections or closed doors that God has intentionally moved you away from.
Practice replacing toxic or anxious mental rehearsals with explicit praise and thanksgiving for God's promises.

True transformation in transition requires renewing your mind with God's truth so you stop believing the lies of unresolved pain and triggers.

Commit this week to laying hands on your mind in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to heal, detox, and fill your thoughts with His Word instead of your worries.
