Identify trusted believers with whom you can be vulnerable and request targeted prayer support.
Ask God daily to set a guard over your mouth and keep watch over the door of your lips.

Remember This

If God can deliver your tongue, He can use your tongue to deliver you.

Commit your speech fully to the Lord, trusting Him to deliver your tongue so that He can use your words to bring spiritual freedom into your life.
