1.The role of a human father is one of the most critical offices established by God to transfer emotional stability and affirmation to children.
2.Satan intentionally attacks fatherhood to dismantle family structures and leave individuals with deep emotional and spiritual wounds.
3.Unaddressed father wounds often cause adults to endlessly seek acceptance through social media, relationships, performance, or career status.
4.Gomer's adulterous lifestyle in the book of Hosea was intimately linked to the immoral and reckless environment modeled by her father, Diblaim.

This Week

Stop trying to perform for God's approval and rest in the truth that His love is freely given without merit.
Read Hosea chapters 1 through 3 this week to meditate on the depth of God's redeeming and purchasing love.
Replace thoughts of self-condemnation with the truth that God fully knows your flaws and still fully loves you.
Practice loving obedience by obeying a specific instruction in God's Word out of gratitude rather than obligation.
Share this sermon with a friend or family member who is wrestling with rejection, insecurity, or father wounds.
