9.True spiritual healing requires making deliberate, faith-filled decisions to forgive and move forward rather than relying on temporary emotions.

This Week

Evaluate your current inner circle to determine if your closest friends are fixers, fighters, and faithful believers, or enablers and leeches.
Practice surrogate faith by actively praying and believing God for a friend or family member who is currently struggling or spiritually paralyzed.
Identify personal blind spots in your life and invite a trusted, spiritual friend to hold you accountable.
Initiate necessary and courageous conversations to bring closure to past relational wounds instead of ignoring or running from them.
Delete contacts or set healthy boundaries with people who constantly suck spiritual energy or enable toxic habits in your life.
Commit to engaging genuinely in church community or a small group rather than isolating yourself behind walls of self-protection.
Make daily decisions rooted in God's Word rather than waiting for emotional feelings to dictate your obedience and faith.

Remember This

God design us to live in community where surrogate faith allows us to stand in the gap, carry one another's burdens, and believe God for miracles on behalf of our friends.

Stop running from past hurt and hiding behind busyness; step out in faith, embrace emotional healing, and allow God to restore your heart and your relationships today.
