Take this message with you through a journey of Scripture, reflection, and prayer.
Summary
Themes
Key Points
- 1.Through His divine power, God has already given believers everything necessary for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3).
- 2.Spiritual provisions are accessed through growing in the knowledge of Christ rather than striving to earn what is already provided.
- 3.At salvation, all nine fruits of the Holy Spirit are planted inside a believer's spirit in seed form (Galatians 5:22-23).
- 4.Rather than praying for God to grant more faith, joy, or love, believers must learn to activate the fruit already residing within them.
- 5.Living in kingdom prosperity requires understanding and cooperating with biblical principles of sowing and reaping.
- 6.Healing has already been deposited within every believer because of Christ's sacrifice on the cross (1 Peter 2:24).
- 7.Praying "if it be thy will" when God's will is clearly stated in Scripture can undermine faith and cancel out expectations.
- 8.Anyone who belongs to Christ becomes a brand-new creation whose past is completely forgiven and forgotten (2 Corinthians 5:17).
- 9.Living by faith means Christ lives within the believer, who was assigned a divine purpose before being formed in the womb (Galatians 2:20, Jeremiah 1:5).
