Refuse to compromise your biblical values or deceive others in order to secure career advancements or promotions.
Spend dedicated time each day pursuing experiential fellowship with God through prayer and scripture reading.
Memorize 1 John 2:17 as a reminder that the world and its desires are temporary compared to doing God's will.
Ask the Holy Spirit daily to fill you internally so you can withstand secular cultural pressure at work or school.

Remember This

Loving the world costs believers their experiential intimacy with God, but filling life with His presence provides the internal power needed to overcome worldly pressure.

If you get enough God on the inside, He can neutralize the pressure coming at you from the outside so that you can exist in this world without being crushed by it.
