This Week

Turn every worry into a prayer immediately rather than carrying anxiety throughout your day.
Develop a constant God consciousness so praying becomes as natural and continuous as breathing.
Set aside time this week to go for a walk, get on your knees, or find a quiet space to pray boldly about your real frustrations and desires.
Identify areas where you have settled due to slothfulness or feelings of unworthiness, and ask God for His favor and intervention.
Stop sanitizing or filtering your prayers; bring your raw emotions and honest needs directly to God.
Study the Scriptures regularly to grow in biblical knowledge so your prayer life becomes more effective and aligned with God's will.
Resolve conflicts and mistreatment in your relationships so that your prayers are not hindered.

Remember This

While you are not guaranteed a yes to every request in prayer, you are guaranteed a no if you do not pray at all.

A Challenge for You

This week I want to challenge you: get down on your knees, go for a walk in the park, get in the shower, lock yourself away somewhere, and just pray boldly the frustrations and desires in your heart. Get them out of your system this week and trust that God knows, hears, cares, and sees.
