This Week

Practice self-correction by acknowledging when you are wrong and seeking forgiveness without delay.
Guard your mouth this week against gossip, slander, and drama, choosing instead to be a peacemaker.
Demonstrate honor to everyone you encounter, including service workers and strangers, by recognizing the image of God in them.
Pause, pray, and seek wise counsel before responding to relational friction or raw emotional offenses.
Initiate honest conversations with family members or loved ones to apologize for past anger or harshness and grant them space to share.

Remember This

Spiritual maturity requires praying not only that God protects us from evil, but that He keeps us from becoming the source of unnecessary pain to others.

A Challenge for You

Spend time this week praying for God to keep you from evil, interceding for the healing of those you have hurt, and asking Him to mature your heart so that you never become a spreader of pain.
