This Week

Identify your emotional 'swords' (e.g., withdrawal, angry remarks, manipulation, silence) and ask God to help you put them back in their proper place.
Reflect on recent triggers to see what unhealed past wounds or unaddressed fears may be driving your reactions.
Stop using control as self-protection and intentionally practice yielding control to God through daily prayer and submission.
Prioritize quiet time in God's Word daily so you aren't trying to fight present battles on past spiritual strength.
When facing painful or chaotic situations, pause and ask God what He is trying to form in you rather than immediately trying to escape.
Choose restraint over retaliation in moments of conflict, recognizing that true strength is resisting what you have the right to do.
Apologize to God for seasons where you doubted or blamed Him, recognizing that He was present with you in the water all along.

Remember This

God allows difficult, uncomfortable seasons in our lives not to harm us, but to reveal our hearts, form obedience, and fulfill His divine purpose.

A Challenge for You

Take a private moment with God, let go of your own agenda, and say, 'I'm sorry for how I showed up, Father; I trust that in this season, it had to happen so You get the glory out of this pain.'
