Many believers experience frustration because they expect local, institutional churches to provide programs for every conceivable human need. However, the institutional church is not called to do everything; God designed leaders to equip the saints so that individual believers fulfill 'Gap Ministry' in the world. When believers recognize their personal calling and apply their specific expertise, they fill the critical gaps that institutional church programming cannot address.Key Scriptures
