Apply the TSF filter to intrusive thoughts: cast down, evaluate against God's Word, arrest, and replace.
Put down the heavy 'tray' of past narratives, bitterness, and offenses that you have been carrying for years.
Replace negative mental loops by meditating on specific Scripture passages that declare your identity in Christ.
Resolve conflicts privately and directly with others rather than airing grievances publicly or on social media.

View betrayal not as a permanent defeat, but as a prophetic push into your purpose while actively replacing bitter thoughts with the truth of God's Word.
