Stop confusing people-pleasing with biblical love; practice saying no when necessary for your spiritual well-being.
Examine areas in your life where fear or anxiety triggers recurring patterns of compromise or self-protection.
Focus on building and protecting your credibility through trustworthiness rather than relying solely on your gifts.
Trust in God's sovereignty when others fail or let you down, knowing He remains your ultimate protector.

Your long-term success, relational health, and spiritual destiny depend on maintaining emotional sobriety rather than allowing unbridled feelings to drive your actions.
