Identify any areas of bitterness, grudge, or resentment in your heart and actively confess them to God before they crystallize.
Reframe opposition from difficult individuals at work or home as potential moments for God to test and promote your spiritual character.
Choose not to clap back or defend yourself when bad-mouthed, placing your trust in God's vindication instead of your own ego.
Pray specifically for someone who has offended or hurt you this past week, asking God for their spiritual well-being.
Practice agape love by making a conscious decision to act in goodwill toward an offensive person, regardless of your immediate feelings.
