Practice swift obedience when God gives direct instruction, rather than delaying or making your 'yes' contingent on your own comfort.
Identify where you might be seeking public affirmation for your faith instead of seeking secret fellowship with God in prayer.
Submit your thoughts and heart posture to God when faced with correction, rather than resisting or clinging to personal comfort.
Practice spiritual discipline—such as prayer, scripture reading, or fasting—even on days when you lack the initial emotional desire.
Ask the Holy Spirit daily to purify your desires and replace artificial 'props' with genuine spiritual fruit.

God values genuine obedience and internal heart submission far above good intentions, religious talk, and external appearances.

Stop settling for artificial props and external validation; yield your heart completely to the Holy Spirit so He can clean you from the inside out and produce true spiritual power in your daily life.
