Key Points

1.Present afflictions, trials, and persecutions are momentary and light compared to the eternal hope guaranteed by Christ's resurrection.
2.Luke wrote both his Gospel and the Book of Acts through years of tedious effort to convince one man, Theophilus, demonstrating that believers must remain faithful to their assignments regardless of the scale.
3.Jesus demonstrated total congruence between what He taught and how He lived, providing a model for believers to align their private lives with their public declarations.
4.Effective and lasting ministry cannot be accomplished in human strength or fleshly ambition; it must be empowered by the Holy Spirit.
5.Believers are in the kingdom because God actively handpicked them out of darkness, which ought to produce deep gratitude and complete obedience.
6.God prioritizes process and character formation over platforms; anything birthed in the flesh must be sustained in the flesh, which God is not obligated to bless.
7.Waiting on God is active faith rather than passivity, ensuring believers are spiritually equipped before executing their calling.
8.The final words of Jesus command believers to receive Holy Spirit power and be His witnesses in their local communities, hostile environments, and to the ends of the earth.

This Week

Remind yourself daily during seasons of hardship that your current trials are light and temporary compared to eternal glory.
Examine your life and social media conduct to ensure your actions match the gospel truths you preach or post.
Embrace God's season of preparation and character breaking rather than trying to rush onto a public platform or stage.
Practice active waiting by asking God for direction in prayer before making major life, career, or relational commitments.
Rely intentionally on the power of the Holy Spirit every day instead of operating out of personal skill, charm, or zeal.
Look for practical opportunities this week to share the love and truth of Jesus with someone who holds different beliefs or backgrounds.
Represent Christ faithfully in your home, workplace, and community through your words, attitude, and integrity.
