Resist the urge to isolate yourself during seasons of disappointment or grief; stay closely connected to your church family and fellowship.

Practice being completely vulnerable and honest with God in prayer about your painful feelings, doubts, and frustrations rather than trying to hide them.

Pause daily to receive the peace of Christ, praying "Peace, be still" over your thoughts, internal pain, and daily anxieties.

Reposition yourself back into core spiritual disciplines—reading God's Word, praying, and gathering for worship—if you have drifted away.

Respond in courageous faith by stepping out in obedience, trusting that God's resurrection power is actively at work in your current circumstances.
