Day 1 · The First Disciples
Luke 5:1–11
Observe
What contrast do you notice between Simon's long night of fishing and what happened when he obeyed Jesus' word?
Apply
In what area of your life this week can you trust and obey Jesus' word, even if past efforts felt unproductive?
In the app, each day also opens the words in the original language, what the passage meant to its first readers, pastors teaching it, a place to write, and a time to pray.
