Delete your Hello Pastor account

In the app

1. Open Hello Pastor and sign in.
2. Open the menu and tap your name at the bottom to open your account.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email privacy@hellopastor.ai from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account, sign-in, email address, and name
• Your sermon notes and saved teachings
• Your conversations with Hello Pastor
• Devotionals you made on your own, and your progress and posts in shared ones
• Your Bible studies, study answers, and study prayer requests
• Your church and community memberships, RSVPs, and prayers

What's kept

• A devotional you shared with others stays for its other members, without your name.
• Posts you shared in a church or community feed stay for that community, without your name. To have them removed too, email us before or after you delete your account.
